Special Olympics Victoria - Gippsland

Following a successful Public Forum in September 2009, a committee has been established to set up Special Olympics Victoria's thirteenth region in Gippsland.

 The working committee is in the process of establishing the structure for the sports to be offered, availablity of additional volunteers and accredited coaches as well as booking various sporting venues for the weekly training and competition.

A multi-sports carnival day will be held at the sports complex in Newborough on Wednesday 10th March 2010 (details TBA).
